About

The experts in local markets.

Founded by Ingo Winzer in 1989, Local Market Monitor began as a print publication before making its way to the Internet. The National Review of Real Estate Markets analyzed conditions in 100 markets, using such data as home values, employment growth, and population growth. Ingo developed the new idea of Equilibrium Home Prices (or Income Prices), which proved highly accurate in assessing real estate risk during the last two economic cycles. Our Market Reviews now provide timely assessment of 320 markets across the US.

Local Market Monitor continues to evolve in response to the needs of our customers, with advanced analyses of risk and demand, forecasts of home prices and rents, and products specifically designed for investors in rental property, reaching down to the zip code level.

We are committed to delivering outstanding value to our customers and earning their business every day. Let us know how we are doing!
